Our Children's Relaxation Flashcards have been written by a qualified occupational therapist with experience working with children and teenagers experiencing mental health difficulties and designed by KizzehDraws to bring the activities to life.

Each set of cards includes a range of child friendly relaxation activities to help make learning relaxation fun for children. Each card has instructions and a drawing to help explain what you need to do for that activity.
