Christmas Toy Appeal 2026
If you missed our 2025 Christmas Toy Appeal then don’t panic. The generosity from all our supporters was overwhelming and we are hoping to do it again this year.
If you are interested in supporting us and making our next appeal even bigger and better than before we would love to hear from you.
Collection Points
We are looking for people/businesses that can offer a space for donation drop offs for our activity boxes and self-care boxes in the run up to Christmas.
We need people with a building (this can be anywhere in the country) that have room for a basket or box to collect toys, games and toiletries to help our families.
This could be your office, a local shop, pub, church...
anywhere that people can get to that you can think of.
If you have somewhere please drop us a message and we'll be in touch.
Supporters
Collectors:
We are looking for people to help us pick up the donations from our collection points and deliver them to our volunteer activity elves. Drop us a message and let us know where you are and what areas you could collect from/deliver to.
Teachers/Youth Leaders
If you are a teacher or youth leader for brownies, guides etc. Then we would love to work with you to create a toy appeal for your school/group. We can support with signing off badge work for volunteering/charity work as part of the appeal. Get in touch to see how we could work together.
Champions:
We are looking for people to promote our toy appeal far and wide. This can be as simple as sharing our announcements on social media or delivering flyers/putting up posters in local community settings. Please get in touch and tell us how you would like to help.

Other ways you can support
children with cancer and bereaved parents
this Christmas
Be a RoC Activity Superstar this Christmas and give the gift of giving. A £50 donation will give a personalised activity parcel to a child in hospital. Our activity parcels can help to create precious memories and bring joy at what can sometimes seem a bleak and lonely time of year for the families we support.
A donation of £40 will provide one complete self-care box to a bereaved parent. Our boxes are created to give bereaved parents an opportunity to take that much needed time for themselves and to let them know they are not alone and others are thinking of them and remembering their child. They contain a range of pamper products, mindfulness products and activities to support with bereavement and grief and are sent to parents on significant anniversaries relating to their child or for holidays like Christmas when they need a little extra TLC.
Nurse Ripley Christmas Gift Give the gift of giving for the special occasions of people in your life and share the kindness and compassion of Nurse Ripley with the children in cancer and their families. A £5 donation will provide items towards our self care boxes and activity packs.
Donate 1 month of bereavement therapy for a parent. We understand there is no time limit on grief, particularly when it relates to the death of a child. Our aim at Ripples of Compassion is to provide free bereavement therapy and counselling for as long as it is needed for parents. £150 will provide one month of therapy sessions for a family.
RoC Hero Christmas Donation Be a RoC Hero this Christmas and give the gift of giving. A £30 donation will give pamper items for a self-care box to a child (or parent of a child) going through treatment for cancer or a bereaved parent. Christmas is a difficult time for our families and our self-care boxes are very popular to to provide a small ‘hug in a box’ and let families know they are not alone.
Give the gift that keeps on giving! Giving a monthly donation helps us to help families all year round. From as little as £2 a month can make a big difference to our small charity and the bereaved families and children with cancer we support.
